Carolyn Patrick
About
Carolyn Patrick is the President of Max Q Consultants. She is an accomplished author and a Human Resources Specialist assigned to Headquarters United States Air Force. She retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force in 2017 and started her first business teaching yoga and meditation. She is a critical thinker with 30 years of experience defining manpower and organization requirements, managing human resources, providing education and training requirements, and applying laws and policies. Her extensive planning expertise and ability to independently manage short- and long-term projects enable her to lead large and small organizations to excel successfully.
She holds a Masters of Strategic Studies degree from the US Air Force Air War College, a Master of Social Psychology from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Psychology from San Diego State University.
Dr. Regan Patrick
About
Dr. Regan Patrick is the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Max Q Consultants. He was most recently the Chief Learning Officer for CAE USA’s Defense & Security Executive Leadership Team. He applied learning science, instructional strategies, and education technology to design and deliver global training solutions and establish their multi-domain training strategy. He served as a Program Manager for a major USAF training program, leading a team of over 300 employees to provide academic instruction, simulator training, and maintenance support to 1,800 Special Operations and Combat Search and Rescue aircrew students annually. He brings an operational and academic perspective, focused on synthesizing innovative design with leading-edge technology to satisfy customer requirements in demanding, complex environments.
Dr. Patrick retired from the U.S. Air Force after a 26-year career as an officer and HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter pilot. He served in multiple command and leadership tours and has over 2,400 hours of flight time in several fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC), a Master of Aeronautical Science Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University. He is a USAF Air War College graduate and a former U.S. Air Force Air Education and Training Command Master Instructor. Dr. Patrick taught as adjunct faculty at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Worldwide Campus for 11 years. He is an IRONMAN triathlete.
